Please note, this form is also applicable for broken rods from combos where the reels have no functional issues or damages and do not need replacement or service.

All reel service, maintenance, and repairs will be handled by our Authorized Repair Centers around the USA and Canada.

AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTERS

 

Due to the numerous styles and applications, Quantum does not carry replacement parts for or offer repairs on rods.

Quantum rods under warranty will be replaced with respect to the terms and conditions of the specific rod's warranty.   

If your rod is no longer under warranty, your local retailer may be able to repair or replace tip guides, and in some cases, fix handles or grips if they’ve come loose.

 

 

All reel service, maintenance, and repairs are handled by our Authorized Repair Centers across the USA and Canada. We recommend sending your reel to the center closest to you. You can view center locations using the links below:

Authorized Warranty Service Centers (AWSC) validate warranty eligibility. If an AWSC is unable to repair your reel under warranty - as requested on the service repair form - you will be contacted. 

Please note: Routine maintenance is not covered under warranty.

  • AWSCs can perform both warranty and non-warranty services, including repairs and maintenance.
  • Authorized Service Centers (ASC) can perform non-warranty service and repairs only. 

 

 

The consumer is responsible for the shipping to the AWSC. Repair and the shipping back to you will be covered when the reel is covered under the warranty.  

Fill out our Service Repair Form and enclose form(s) with your reel(s), ensure your package, and obtain a tracking number for your shipment to the center. Service Centers are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. 

All non-warranty Service and Shipping rates are established by the Service Center and may vary between Centers.

WARRANTY POLICY

 

All Quantum rods, reels, and combos are warranted against defects in workmanship and/or materials under Quantum’s 1-year warranty starting on the original date of purchase from an authorized retailer. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and user of the rod, reel, or combo and may not be transferred.  

  • QUANTUM branded products are warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase from an authorized retailer with proof of purchase against defects in workmanship and/or materials when used normally.
  • This warranty is offered only to the original purchaser or user of the rod, reel, combo. QUANTUM reserves the right to make all decisions, at our sole discretion, regarding whether a claim qualifies as eligible warranty work. During the warranty period, QUANTUM, at its option, will replace the product covered under this warranty. 
  • Other than the shipping and handling charges, no charge will be made for such replacement. A dated sales receipt or proof of registration must accompany all warranty claims.
