By submitting an entry, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms").
1. Sponsor
This sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Rather Outdoors Corporation ("Sponsor"). Sponsor is responsible for prize fulfillment, winner notification, and overall administration of this Sweepstakes.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and household members are not eligible. Subject to all applicable Federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on 05/15/2026 and ends on 07/15/2026 (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted outside of this period are void.
4. How to Enter
Enter by completing the online registration form and submitting all required information during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries using different identities, emails, or devices may be disqualified. Sponsor will maintain a record of all eligible entries for a minimum of one (1) year following the close of the Entry Period.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
- One (1) YETI LoadOut GoBox (ARV: $125.00)
- One (1) Quantum Cabo 4000 Fishing Reel (ARV: $269.99)
- One (1) spool of Strike King Contra Braid Fishing Line (ARV: $28.99)
Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $423.98. ARV is based on manufacturer's suggested retail price at time of award. Actual value may differ.
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. If a stated prize item becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
Prize will be delivered within thirty (30) days of winner verification. Rather Outdoors Corporation will bear standard domestic shipping costs. No international shipments.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning are one, divided by the number of eligible entries.
Winner will be notified via email or phone within ten (10) business days after the close of the Entry Period. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within five (5) days of notification, or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Taxes
Winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt.
8. Publicity & Rights
By entering, you grant Sponsors the right to use your name, city/state, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Note: Tennessee law prohibits requiring winners to submit a publicity release as a condition of prize receipt. Where required by applicable law, winners may decline publicity use by submitting a written request to info@ratheroutdoors.com within five (5) days of notification.
9. Release & Limitation of Liability
By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsors and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
10. General Conditions
Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined in Sponsors' sole discretion.
Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means will be void. You will not post, advertise or otherwise promote this sweepstakes on any online website, page, or forum dedicated primarily to the exchange of information about sweepstakes or contests or participate in any commercial contest/promotion subscription notification and/or entering services – any such entries will void your entries and you may be disqualified.
Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or misdirected entries or technical failures of any kind.
Entrants who believe they have been improperly disqualified may submit a written appeal to info@ratheroutdoors.com within ten (10) days of notification.
11. Privacy
Information collected (including name, email address, and phone number) will be shared among Sponsor's brands solely for the administration of this Sweepstakes and will not be sold to third parties. Information will also be used in accordance with Rather Outdoors Corporation's privacy policy.
12. Agreement
By checking the box and submitting your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Richland County, South Carolina.
14. Winners List
For a list of winners (available after 07/15/2026), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: "Rather Fishing Gear Sweepstakes" Winners, 209 Stoneridge Drive Columbia, SC 29210. Requests must be received by 09/15/2026 [sixty days after end of promotions period]. Residents of Vermont may omit return postage on rules and winners list requests. By participating in this Sweepstakes, you consent to the release of your name and the prize you won to any person requesting a winner's list.
