The PT Club is a consumer support program which allows anglers to receive Quantum PT gear and apparel absolutely FREE by trading points earned with each purchase of Quantum Performance Tuned tackle.

You can become a member by simply filling out and sending in the PT Club Points Redemption Form, along with your retail receipts and product UPC barcodes from Quantum PT packaging (photocopies of the receipt are acceptable, but you must include the original barcode from the packaging).
