Quantum PT Club Rules and Conditions

1. The Quantum PT Club is available to anglers purchasing Quantum PT rods and reels purchased between December 1, 2005 and December 31, 2008.

2. Receipts and UPC codes are non returnable (you may send a photocopy of the receipt).

3. Your points are not transferable. Points are assigned to unique e-mail addresses. You must use the same e-mail address for each order to collect merchandise. Points cannot be combined with other club members.

4. The PT Club is only open to Quantum PT products purchased at retail.

5. Fishing clubs, charter boat Captains, and members of any other Quantum program are not eligible for participation.

6. Quantum may modify this program at anytime, including the Club rewards.

7. Program will run at least through December 31, 2008.

8. Quantum reserves the right to refuse Club rewards to any person who has wrongfully submitted proof of purchase via deception or forgery.

9. Points not redeemed will be rolled over in your account until your next PT Club point redemption.

12. Offer cannot be combined with any other Quantum offers. UPC codes can only be used for PT Club OR Rebate offers, not both.
