Quantum's legendary TiMAG™ titanium bail wire is made from super-elastic nickel titanium which is designed to hold its shape no matter what kind of torture you put it through. Besides its flexibility, it's also unbreakable, and we guarantee it for the life of the reel.

TiMAG™ also replaces the traditional bail springs with a magnetic system that will never wear out. Gone are the days of stretched and worn springs that foul at the absolute worst time. Magnets are permanent, super-tough, and ideal for this application because when the tournament is on the line, you equipment has to work, and Quantum reels featuring the TiMAG™ system always perform.

You'll also notice that TiMAG™ offers quicker action and together with our LMS™ Line Management System it opens 30° wider for better line flow.
