Quantum recommends that you have your reel or reels professionally cleaned by an Authorized Service Center. These certified centers have the required experience and parts (if needed) to properly service and maintain your equipment.

It is recommended, however, that you rinse dirt or salt from your reels after each use with clean, fresh water, and always store your reels out of harsh environmental elements.
