Hometown: Enterprise, FL Ken Carter is a professional on the PVA National Bass Tour and also the Florida Disabled Anglers tour. Ken has also won the PVA Tour's Angler of the Year title 3 times, has 15 Top-10 finishes and is a 4-time qualifier for the PVA Classic.
Ken is also the 2009 Angler of the Year for the Florida Disabled Anglers Trail. |
